We are seeking a junior to intermediate Project Engineer with past project experience, to join our team. This is a great project in the potash industry with room to grow your skills.
Responsibilities:
Client Expectations: Ensure project scope meets and exceeds client expectations.
Stakeholder Relationships: Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Documentation and Reporting: Create project planning documents and client progress reports.
Proposal Support: Assist in developing proposals, cost estimates, and schedules.
Meeting Coordination: Facilitate key meetings and ensure completion of action items.
Risk Management: Manage project changes, risks, and stakeholders.
Technical Guidance: Act as the primary technical interface, advising engineering disciplines.
Procurement Oversight: Ensure procurement meets project requirements.
Documentation Review: Review project documents for accuracy and completeness.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Issue Resolution: Resolve complex issues using acquired expertise.
Construction Support: Support construction activities and travel to sites as needed (1-2 days/month).
The Project engineer would be under the guidance and mentorship of Senior Project Engineers.
Salary: Open to wage negotiations based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
- 2+ 7 Years Experience in a similar role
- Engineering background
- Ability to direct third-party contractors
- Previous experience in heavy industrial
- Are you currently eligible to work in Canada? (For example permanent resident, valid work permit, etc).
