**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Coordination**: Coordinate technical requirements with engineering and construction management teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- **Supplier Management**: Collaborate with procurement teams to identify, evaluate, and select suppliers. Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely execution of scopes.
- **Quality Assurance**: Oversee quality control processes to ensure that all packages meet specified quality and safety standards.
- **Documentation and Compliance**: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including engineering drawings, technical specifications, and compliance reports.
- **Project Scheduling**: Ensure that execution timelines are integrated into the overall project schedule.
- **Forecasting**: Ensure that cost variances (change orders) from previous project stages are captured in cost forecasts for the current stage.
- **Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated contract delivery and integration, ensuring smooth project execution.**:

- **Collaboration and Communication**: Communicate package requirements and status updates to stakeholders, including engineers, construction teams, and project managers.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in project reviews and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve safety.

**Salary**: Open to wage negotiations based on experience and qualifications.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, preferably within the mining or heavy industrial project environment.
- **Project Management Skills**: Strong organizational and project management abilities, with experience managing complex projects or equipment packages.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and teams.
- **Safety Focus**: A strong commitment to safety and knowledge of relevant safety regulations and industry standards, such as MSHA or OSHA.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
