The Sales Administrator will be responsible for sales support to the multiple sales departments at Info-Tech Research Group. This person will be responsible for balancing project responsibilities as required by Sales Operations Management. The fast-paced environment requires constant multitasking, superior Administrative skills and a strong customer focus, along with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration
Processing Sales Requests from all commercial teams Vetting deals to ensure accuracy Communicating with Sales management Sales verification and account administration Clear CRM knowledge and usability Daily Administration of Accounts in our CRM System Fulfill Sales Management and Sales/Account Rep requests Cross Training within the Administrative Department Documentation of sales process changesMeasures:
Accuracy of information entered into database Prompt entry of all sales daily Entry of updated information into system within 1 business day Low error rates Strong attention to detailOther Duties
Projects as defined by the Sales Operations ManagementSkills and Experience
