We are looking for a customer-service driven Inside Support Representative. You will be assisting LendCare customers and partners with any questions regarding personal loans for health or veterinary care services. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exemplary customer service and ensure that our customers are always receiving a superior customer experience during every interaction
  • Responding to customer questions and requests (through telephone, chat, and email)
  • Identify the customers' needs and efficiently resolve inquiries
  • Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services

Requirements:

  • 1-year experience working inbound customer service or sales roles is preferred
  • Financial services, healthcare support, or veterinary care support background are an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Bilingual English/French is an asset
  • Full time availability (40 hours/week) to work in our Pickering, ON head office

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM or 11AM to 7PM, occassional Saturday work

Additional Requirements for Internal Candidates:

  • Must have been in your current role for at least 6 months
  • Have the endorsement/support of your current manager
  • In good standing - no HR issues/warnings, not on a PIP
