We are looking to grow our team of **Inside **Sales Representatives** **for our Lendcare subsidiary
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform outbound or take inbound calls from customers to understand their financial needs and matching them with the best solutions
- Capitalize on cross-sales and add-on products by paying attention to customer needs to pinpoint sales opportunities
- Build superior customer sales experiences by engaging and influencing current or potential customers and recommending relevant products and services
**Qualifications**:
- Must have experience in a target-driven sales environment, call center background is a plus
- A comfort level with sales quotas, with a strong desire to meet and exceed achievable targets.
- Excellent communication skills
- Eagerness to pursue new challenges and opportunities to grow within the organization.
- Ability to work fulltime in our Pickering, ON office
**Compensation and Benefits**
- Guaranteed base pay + Lucrative Commission structure
- Medical and dental benefits, vacation time, retirement plan match

**Schedule: Monday - Friday, rotating schedules 9AM - 5PM and 11AM - 7PM; one Saturday/month**
