As the Employee Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and supporting the achievement of strategic goals related to learning and development. This includes planning, management and evaluation of learning and development activities for Fleet & Inventory. Working with the Fleet & Inventory leadership team, you will design and implement learning and development solutions; you will also work closely with Operational Services Learning and Development to achieve business plan objectives. Primary duties include:

Manage and coordinate training, learning, and development for the business unit. Identify gaps and recommend opportunities for design of new training. Support training administration through maintenance of training records, training registration, training scheduling and monitoring training compliance. Manage key projects that support business plan objectives and Operational Services learning and development outcomes. Develop strategic Fleet & Inventory workforce actions, monitor and measure performance. Analyze training data for planning purposes. Provide direct support to the Fleet & Inventory leadership team regarding financial reports, and training budgeting. Qualifications  A degree in Adult Learning, Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field, plus at least 5 years of related experience. Experience in an organizational effectiveness or learning and development role is required. Previous human resources or adult education experience is required. An intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and experience with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) is required. Analytical thinking, research, excellent interpersonal, and communication skills are essential. Strong and effective facilitation and leadership skills are essential.
