Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Coordinator to join their team. The Coordinator will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between internal teams such as inside sales and the ware house, ensuring the timely processing of orders, and maintaining accurate records. Job Type: Full -time permanent position ( Fully on Site to start )

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm

Responsibilities
-Receive and process orders via email, and fax, utilizing Outlook primarily.
-Analyze production specifications using various tools, charts, and schedules.
-Generate and maintain item codes in the system for accurate record-keeping.
-Coordinate with relevant internal departments to schedule production tasks and ensure timely order fulfillment.
-Monitor production progress and coordinate with the Shipping Department to arrange deliveries.
-Assist in raw material planning by collaborating with procurement teams and other departments to follow up on inventory.
-Prepare customs documentation for shipments to the U.S. and liaise with customs brokers as needed.
-Review order details for accuracy and forward pricing information to the Accounting Department.
Manage inventory levels of raw materials and shipping materials to optimize production efficiency.
Support the development of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents as required.
Assist the Manager with preparing reports and maintaining documentation.
Ensure compliance with OHSA regulations and company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Qualifications
-Post-secondary education is required.
-Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service within a manufacturing environment, with exposure to fast-paced operations.
-Proficiency in Microsoft and Excel is a must
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform calculations for order processing
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-oriented approach.
-Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling orders and maintaining records.
-Knowledge of AS400, is considered an ASSET with the ability to perform .
