Sales Order Coordinator

Job Summary:
Teledyne Digital Imaging, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Order Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for processing complex international sales orders, ensuring timely delivery, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage incoming purchase orders and quotes, ensuring compliance with internal sales order acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract approvals and order processing are completed efficiently.
- Facilitate order review meetings for high-value, complex sales, and drive the sales order process to meet On-Time Delivery KPIs.
- Anticipate and resolve potential issues that may delay orders, ensuring seamless customer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with finance, logistics, and trade compliance teams to ensure accurate invoicing and payment updates.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure all documentation is submitted and approved for outbound sales order shipments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience processing complex international sales orders.
- 2+ years of experience processing orders in SAP.
- Project coordination and strong communication skills are essential.
- Cross-functional team experience in a matrix organization is highly valued.
- Ability to work independently and multitask, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
