Source Atlantic is seeking an Inside Sales Associate  to join our team in  Dartmouth, NS .

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the key responsibilities of the  Inside Sales Associate  include:

Responding to inbound customer inquiries in person, over phone, and via email Preparing quotes, processing orders, sourcing product, and expediting Supporting outside sales team to meet and exceed needs of customers Providing excellent and quality customer service in person, over the phone and via email

The ideal candidate possesses:

Industry knowledge is required Customer service or sales experience  Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail  Energetic, self-motivated, possessing a good work ethic
