  • Prepare and submit quotes, process orders, and expedite as needed
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to drive satisfaction and loyalty
  • Analyze successful quotes to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or sales
