About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Source Atlantic Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare and submit quotes, take-offs, and orders in a accurate and efficient manner
  • Support the outside sales team to meet and exceed customer needs
  • Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Coordinate with suppliers to gather pricing for bids
  • Analyze risk on successful quotes and review with manager
  • Build relationships with key vendors

Requirements

  • Customer service or sales experience
  • Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and possessing a good work ethic
  • Knowledge of ordering, market, and pricing is considered an asset
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
