Source Atlantic is seeking an Inside Sales Associate   - Commercial Estimating to join our team in  Dartmouth, NS .

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the key responsibilities of the  Inside Sales Associate - Commercial Estimating  include:

Responding to inbound customer inquiries in person, over phone, and via email Preparing quotes (take-offs), processing orders, sourcing product, and expediting Supporting outside sales team to meet and exceed needs of customers Providing excellent and quality customer service in person, over the phone and via email Coordinate with suppliers to gather pricing for bids  Analyze risk on successful quote and review with manager  Build relationships with key vendors

The ideal candidate possesses:

Customer service or sales experience  Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail  Energetic, self-motivated, possessing a good work ethic Knowledge of ordering, market, and pricing is considered an asset Negotiations skills  Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
