SOMMAIRE DE L’EMPLOI (RAISON D’ÊTRE) 
Le titulaire de ce poste joue un rôle essentiel dans la création d'un environnement d'apprentissage dynamique et inclusif où les élèves peuvent s'épanouir et réussir. En tant qu'enseignant(e), vous serez responsable de planifier et de dispenser des cours conformément aux programmes d'études établis, tout en intégrant des approches pédagogiques innovantes et en utilisant des méthodes d'évaluation efficaces pour mesurer la progression des élèves. De plus, vous contribuerez activement à la promotion de la langue et de la culture acadienne et francophone, tout en poursuivant votre propre développement professionnel pour répondre aux besoins changeants de vos élèves et de l'école.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Détenir un brevet d’enseignement de la Nouvelle-Écosse (ou y être éligible);
  • Détenir la formation et l’expérience pertinentes aux tâches et matières enseignés;
  • Maîtrise du français à l'oral et à l'écrit.
     

RESPONSABILITÉS ET TÂCHES

  • Préparer et enseigner les matières scolaires conformément aux résultats d'apprentissage identifiés dans les programmes d'étude au moyen d'activités engageantes, diversifiées et différenciées;
  • Utiliser des approches pédagogiques inclusives, variées et centrées sur la réussite des élèves;
  • Utiliser des stratégies d'évaluation au service de l’apprentissage et permettant de mesurer le progrès des élèves;
  • Intégrer la technologie dans son enseignement; 
  • Promouvoir la langue et la culture acadienne et francophone;
  • Poursuivre son perfectionnement professionnel de façon continue, en lien avec les besoins des élèves et de l'école;
  • Participer activement aux réunions et à la vie de l'école.

 

Salaire: Il s'agit d'un poste avec le Syndicat des enseignants de la Nouvelle-Écosse (NSTU) avec une échelle salariale annuelle de 57 112 $ à 101 926 $. Les conditions d'emploi du personnel NSTU s'appliquent.
