We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Services Partner, Long-Term Care to join our team at Shannex Incorporated. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Clinical Services Team, Regional Teams, and Long-Term Care Communities to provide quality resident care and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Accreditation standards.
  • Conduct routine clinical and infection prevention and control audits to validate compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze findings and trends related to quality indicators and clinical outcomes, and develop Quality Action Plans to address areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with leaders at Long-Term Care Communities to identify clinical education needs and develop education plans to support employee development.
  • Cultivate an innovative spirit and continually seek new and improved ways to improve clinical practice, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in nursing, preferably with a Master of Nursing or Master of Science in Nursing. You should have a minimum of five years of nursing experience, including clinical, administrative, and leadership experience in a Long-Term Care or retirement living environment. A passion for the healthcare sector and a commitment to ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services, and care are essential.
