About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Partner to join our team at Shannex Incorporated. As a key member of our Clinical Services Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care in our Long-Term Care communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Clinical Services Team, Regional Teams, and Long-Term Care Communities to provide quality resident care and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Accreditation standards.
  • Conduct routine clinical and infection prevention and control audits to validate compliance with regulatory requirements, Accreditation standards, evidence-based practices, and Shannex's Vision, Core Values, Guiding Principles, Strategic Directions, and policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze findings and trends related to regulatory requirements, quality indicators, and clinical outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with leaders at Long-Term Care Communities to identify clinical education needs for employees and support the development of a clinical education plan for roll out.
  • Cultivate an innovative spirit and continually seek new and improved ways to improve clinical practice, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a passion for the healthcare sector and a commitment to ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services, and care. You will bring:

  • Practical Nursing, Bachelor of Nursing, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
  • Current registration or eligibility to be registered with the appropriate nursing regulatory body.
  • Minimum five years of nursing experience, including clinical, administrative, and leadership experience in a Long-Term Care or retirement living environment.
  • A Master of Nursing or Master of Science in Nursing degree is considered an asset.
  • Completion of post-graduate clinical education and/or certifications is considered an asset.
