There is a job opening at this quickly growing accounting team for someone interested in a great career. Candidates who are able to enter, post and reconcile batches, research and resolve customer A/R issues, prepare aging report, place billing and collection calls, maintain cash receipts journal, update, and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L will be most fit for this position. The Collections Clerk will handle 200+ invoices a week, so we are seeking candidates who are self-starters, with high attention to detail.
- Great attention to detail  - Proven analytical skills in collections and accounts receivable.  - Microsoft Great Plains experience  - Deep understanding of accounts receivable and collections.  - Account reconciliation experience preferred  - Comprehensive knowledge of collections  - 3+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable  - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel preferred
