Our Finance Team in Surrey islooking to hire a dynamic Accounts Payable & Administrative Coordinator If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance andadministration and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a meaningfulimpact, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as anAdministrative Coordinator in our Finance department. As a key member of ourteam, you will play a vital role in supporting our day-to-day operations,ensuring efficiency and accuracy in both administrative tasks and financialprocesses.

What will you do?

Match purchase orders confirming prices and quantity tovendors invoices & verify receipt of material/services and confirmation ofreceipt of material/services Maintain inventory of department office supplies and ordersupplies as required. Ensure copiers, fax machines, printers, and other officeequipment are operational and well-maintained and Coordinate with vendorsregarding invoicing, payment inquiries and discrepancies Provide administrative support to the Finance department asrequired. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivableprocesses, including invoice processing and payment reconciliation. Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professionalmanner Support the preparation and management of financialdocuments, such as purchase orders and expense reports. Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records offinancial transactions using accounting software. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance withcompany policies and procedures.

What will you bring:

Post-secondary education in Administration/ Finance. Minimum 3 years’ previous experience working in a relatedoffice/administrative role; Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry andrecord-keeping. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)is preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills to functionin a deadline driven environment Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in afast-paced environment. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strongsense of teamwork.
