Accounts Payable Manager

EcoSafe Zero Waste Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:The Accounts Payable Supervisor will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, and maintaining a smooth operation of financial transactions. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and Manage Invoices: Schedule and manage the payment of invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
- Financial Transaction Management: Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of accounting and related clerks, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports, including accounts payable and accounts receivable reports.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of equipment, including printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Co-ordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
The Accounts Payable Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large caseload. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and provide accurate and reliable results.
