Accounts Payable Manager

EcoSafe Zero Waste Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:The Accounts Payable Supervisor will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and Coordinate: Schedule events, programs, and activities, as well as schedule work for the team.
- Financial Management: Manage financial transactions, ensure accuracy, and prepare and submit reports.
- Team Supervision: Supervise accounting and related clerks, banking, insurance, and other financial clerks, payroll clerks, and working groups.
- Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Excel and accounting software to manage financial data.
- Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, organized, reliable, and a team player.
40 hours per week, permanent position, English language, and work in Canada.
