JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Manages team of 3 and supports Senior Commercial Leaders in S&OP related asks

Owns multiple routines for Commercial and key partner to Supply Chain organization:

Commercial lead for innovation reviews – ensuring accuracy of innovation production forecasts and inter-regional deployment

Portfolio management lead – work closely with Sales Regions and Supply Chain teams to optimize portfolio (SKU rationalization, de-lists etc)

Key stakeholder in finalizing Canada Operational forecast. Requires weekly co-ordination and adjustments

Supports all weekly regional + national S&OP platforms,identifying opportunities to standardize, improve and mitigate risk (ex: re-deploying products between regions)

Identifies, initiates and drives key projects for team to improve Commercial S&OP base processes + future innovation

Counterpart to regional Logistics leadership

Part of Sales Intelligence Leadership team

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in Supply Chain and Commercial is preferred

High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously to drive broader strategy

Successful track record of driving process improvements

Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across diverse range of stakeholders (Entry-level through Executive level)

Thrive in a fast-paced production environment with a passion for solving problems while being resourceful

Ability to drive projects independently
