Leavitt Machinery, a leading provider of innovative solutions, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Fleet Coordinator - Asset Management Specialist to join our team in Ontario, Canada.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of company vehicles, from purchase and transfer to disposal. Key responsibilities include executing vehicle purchases, processing lease and purchase documents, ensuring compliance with insurance and registration regulations, and administering the company vehicle policy.

As a key member of our team, you will provide training and support on GPS systems, manage vendor relationships, conduct vendor evaluation meetings, and source alternative vendors. You will also lead monthly vehicle fleet meetings with senior management and provide coding to the accounting group for vehicle-related expenses.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong customer service skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. A self-starter with minimal supervision is required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $58,000 to $65,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical health care plan, extended health plan, dental plan, vision plan, and prescription drug coverage.
