You will be instrumental in preparing videos and audios recorded in the studios for sales training and providing C-level executives and Operations teams with detailed reports.

As a Sales Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing sales training materials, conducting quality assurance reports and analysis, and ensuring that our sales trainers have all the necessary materials to effectively train and assist photographers. Additionally, you will provide QA and summary reports of sales performance for reviews, and investigate any issues or problems that arise. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of sales quality across all our locations.

Responsibilities:

- Review and prepare audio recordings for sales training purposes.

- Conduct thorough quality assurance analysis on sales training materials.

- Generate detailed reports for C-level executives and Operations teams.

- Provide QA and summary reports of sales for performance reviews.

- Investigate and report on sales issues and problems, offering insights and solutions.

- Ensure all sales trainers have the necessary materials to effectively train and support photographers.

Objectives of this Role:

- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure high-quality sales training materials.

- Develop and document comprehensive quality assurance processes and reports.

- Ensure sales training materials meet company standards and expectations.

- Assist in the continuous improvement of sales training methodologies.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance or sales quality analyst role.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience in preparing and analyzing training materials and reports.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience in Quality Assurance or a similar field.

- Familiarity with sales training processes and methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex issues.
