Job Title: Quality Management Specialist

Paladin Labs Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and for implementing and maintaining quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures
  • Conduct quality audits and assessments
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. science, engineering)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a quality management role
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
