Nuovo Artistic Photography, a premier photography studio dedicated to uplifting and empowering women, is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Specialist. In this role, you will serve as the sales quality control lead for all of Nuovo's studio locations across North America. You will be instrumental in preparing videos and audios recorded in the studios for sales training, quality assurance, and providing C-level executives and Operations teams with detailed reports.

As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing in-studio sales viewings, conducting quality assurance reports and analysis, and ensuring that our sales trainers have all the necessary materials to effectively train and assist photographers. Additionally, you will provide QA and summary reports of sales performance for reviews, and investigate any issues or problems that arise. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of sales quality across all our locations.

Responsibilities:

- Review and prepare audio recordings for sales training and quality control purposes.

- Conduct thorough quality assurance analysis on sales training materials.

- Ensure consistency and adherence to company policies across all studio locations.

- Generate detailed reports for C-level executives and Operations teams.

- Provide QA and summary reports of sales for performance reviews.

- Investigate and report on sales issues and problems, offering insights and solutions.

- Ensure all sales trainers have the necessary materials to effectively train and support photographers.

Objectives of this Role:

- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure high-quality sales training materials.

- Develop and document comprehensive quality assurance processes and reports.

- Ensure all studio employees meet company standards and expectations.

- Assist in the continuous improvement of sales training methodologies and company policy.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role.

- Strong analytical and technical skills.

- Highly attentive to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience in preparing and analyzing training materials and reports.

- Perfectly fluent in English. Fluency in French and/or Spanish is considered a notable asset.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience in Quality Assurance or a similar field.

- Familiarity with sales training processes and methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex issues.
