About the Role:
Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to lead our Kensington C-Store/Gas Bar site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, consistent, and profitable operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the site, including inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision.
- Oversee adherence to brand standards, merchandising, and marketing efforts.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and training to site team members.
- Procure merchandise and manage ordering processes.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
- Familiarity with petroleum products, storage, handling safety, and environmental policies.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite applications.
- Strong leadership, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role.
