Call Center Representative Billing

Hourly salary of $19.15.
6monthcontract with the potential for permanentemployment.
Fulltime position:37.50 hours per week.
Alltraining will be provided onsite lasting approximately twoweeks.
Rotating work scheduleMonday to Friday from 8 am to 8pm.

Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to customers and brokerssupporting billing inquiries in a professional and courteousmanner.
Investigate and resolvediscrepancies in billing matters in collaboration with brokers andunderwriters.
Triage and directinsurance or claims inquiries to the appropriate department forfurther assistance.
Communicateeffectively and empathetically with customers through telephony andemail describing available programs andservices.
Identify and interpretcustomer needs responding appropriately andprofessionally.
Gather relevantinformation systematically to ensure seamless customerinteractions.
Take ownership ofcustomer relations through commitment to service andfollowup.
Whatyou will need tosucceed:
12 years of contact center experience is highlydesired.
Customer serviceexperience preferably in a call centerenvironment.
Ability to handle aminimum of 70 calls per day with top performers managing up to 100calls daily.
Strong telephone andemail communication skills with professionaletiquette.
Excellentproblemsolving skills and ability to analyze and resolve customerconcerns.
Ability to multitaskeffectively in a fastpacedenvironment.
Quick adaptabilityto changing surroundings andprocesses.
Proficiency in wordprocessing Excel and various Windowsbasedapplications.
Reliability inattendance and punctuality iscrucial.
Flexibility regardingworking hours and shift assignments isrequired.
Bilingual fluency inEnglish and French (spoken and written) is an asset for supportingclients in bothlanguages.
