  • - Hourly salary of $19.15.
  • - 5-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
  • - Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
  • - All training will be provided on-site, lasting approximately two weeks.
  • About You:
  • - 1-2 years of contact center experience is highly desired.
  • - Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • - Ability to handle a minimum of 70+ calls per day.

  • - Provide outstanding customer service to customers and brokers.
  • - Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing matters.
  • - Triage and direct insurance or claims inquiries to the appropriate department.
