À titre de Directeur(-trice) adjoint(e) - Relations clients et partenaires, vous jouerez un rôle clé en supervisant et en supportant les employés et les activités du Centre de relations clients reliés au secteur d’assurance individuelle.

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :

Orienter l’ensemble des activités de son équipe afin d’obtenir des résultats en misant sur la propulsion de la performance de celle-ci

Gérer, doter, mobiliser et développer les talents de son équipe

Prendre et assumer les décisions inhérentes à son champ de responsabilités, même lorsque la situation est difficile ou ambiguë

Orienter les priorités de l’équipe et la soutenir dans l’exécution des tâches à valeur ajoutée, pour assurer l’atteinte des objectifs d’affaires

Faciliter quotidiennement la résolution de problèmes de différentes natures auprès de son équipe et en interaction avec ses collègues

Effectuer le suivi quotidien des résultats liés à la qualité de service et ajuster les activités en conséquence

Vérifier l’exécution du travail de l’équipe et s’assurer de l’atteinte des indicateurs de performance y étant reliés. Apporter les correctifs nécessaires au besoin

Détecter les besoins de formation de ses agents et supporter la diffusion des formations lorsque nécessaire

Participer activement au programme du taux net de recommandation (TNR) ainsi que les boucles de rétroaction avec les équipes

Contribuer au règlement des dossiers litigieux ainsi qu’à la résolution des insatisfactions et plaintes des clients

Vos talents et vos qualifications :

Baccalauréat en administration des affaires

3 ans d’expérience en assurance individuelle et services financiers

Expérience en gestion d'équipe

Maitrise de la langue française, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, ainsi qu’une maitrise avancée de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches, des outils de travail ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise
