Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Partner, Training & Organizational Development to join our Training & Organizational Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing talent management programs with a stimulating and innovative approach. This person will support business partners and human resources in implementing programs and improving processes to create a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to the analysis, design, implementation, and coordination of strategies and initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.
  2. Participate in the revision of leadership program content, adapting existing content or creating new content as required.
  3. Contribute to the planning and coordination of leadership development program activities and provide support to participants.
  4. Participate in the facilitation of focus groups or group activities related to programs and initiatives when required.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, business administration, or related field.
  2. At least 3 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or in an organizational development role with experience in designing skills development programs.
  3. Customer-focused, team-oriented, and supportive.
  4. Excellent communication, listening, and facilitation skills for training, classroom or virtual discussions.
  5. Knowledge of talent management practices, including retention, engagement, succession planning, and performance management.
  6. Project planning, organization, and management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  7. Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written). English is required given the need to interact with CIMA+ offices across Canada.
  8. Depending on work location, the person may be required to travel to the Montreal and/or Laval offices when necessary.
