About the Role

CIMA+ is seeking a highly skilled Business Partner, Training and Organizational Development to join our team. As a key member of our Training and Organizational Development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management programs that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Program Development: Contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of strategies and initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.
  2. Leadership Program Content Development: Participate in the revision of leadership program content, adapting existing content or creating new content as required.
  3. Program Coordination and Facilitation: Contribute to the planning and coordination of leadership development program activities and provide support to participants.
  4. Focus Group Facilitation: Participate in the facilitation of focus groups or group activities related to programs and initiatives when required.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, business administration, or related field.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or in an organizational development role with experience in designing skills development programs.
  3. Skills: Customer-focused, team-oriented, and supportive. Excellent communication, listening, and facilitation skills for training, classroom or virtual discussions.
  4. Knowledge: Knowledge of talent management practices, including retention, engagement, succession planning, and performance management.
  5. Project Management: Project planning, organization, and management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  6. Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written). English is required given the need to interact with CIMA+ offices across Canada.
