About the Role

CIE_101 Beneva Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relations Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and supporting our client services team related to individual insurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Orient and direct the activities of your team to achieve results by focusing on team performance.
  • Manage, equip, mobilize, and develop the talents of your team.
  • Make and assume decisions within your area of responsibility, even in difficult or ambiguous situations.
  • Guide team priorities and support the execution of high-value tasks to achieve business objectives.
  • Facilitate daily problem-solving with your team and colleagues.
  • Monitor daily service quality results and adjust activities accordingly.
  • Verify team work execution and ensure the achievement of related performance indicators. Make necessary corrections as needed.
  • Detect team member training needs and support training dissemination when necessary.
  • Actively participate in the Net Promoter Score (NPS) program and feedback loops with teams.
  • Contribute to resolving contentious cases and customer dissatisfaction and complaints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
  • 3 years of experience in individual insurance and financial services.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Fluency in French, both spoken and written, as well as advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written, due to the nature of tasks, work tools, or interactions with Anglophone colleagues, partners, clients, or suppliers, or to meet the company's growth objectives.
