What you will bedoing:

  • Consistentlyoffer professional friendly and engagingservice
  • Act as the point of contact forinternal and external communications
  • Providewarm friendly service and efficient followup to all guest requestsor concerns
  • Full knowledge of the departmentand hotel emergency and crisis procedures including: fireprocedures elevator entrapment and staff/guestmedicals
  • Ensuring accurate records of guestcalls to Central Services
  • Ensuringinterdepartmental communication and cooperation in the interest ofbetter guest satisfaction
  • Being well informedabout all hotel facilities/events in order to provide informationas required
  • Maintaining working knowledge ofoperating procedures of the following departments: HousekeepingFront Office Engineering Guest Services Food andBeverage
  • Maintaining knowledge of hotel ratesand packages
  • Set up reservations in order tosupport the perfect arrival
  • Process shippingrequests for guests
  • Process lost and founditems
  • Compliance with all safety regulations ofassigned tasks and ensure a clean and safe working environment withactive participation in the hotel health and safetyprogram
  • Maintaining a safe and hazard freeworking environment
  • Completing daily tasklist
  • Other duties asassigned

Qualifications:

Yourexperience and skillsinclude:

  • Excellentlistening and comprehension skills
  • Superiorinterpersonal skills
  • Able to work a variety ofshifts including AM PM andovernight
  • Selfmotivated with a keen sense ofguest service sound decisionmaking skills and a strong sense ofownership
  • Previous proven track record forexcellence in customer service
  • Comprehensiveknowledge of Hotel Front Office operations policies andprocedures
  • Operational knowledge of Opera CloudMS Office including Excel andWord
