**Description**:
Ignite your career with an exciting opportunity in a dynamic and fast-moving environment Airway Interline, a leader in distress passenger services are seeking highly capable and professional individuals to join our team as a Passenger Service Agents.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting passengers, including unaccompanied minors, individuals requiring wheelchair assistance; language barriers and passengers travelling with pets.
- Processing of passengers in our system and ensuring accuracy of documentation to ensure efficient and organized operations.
- Ensuring tasks are performed in accordance with the company's specific procedures and policies.
- Maintaining a professional image at all times, adhering to specified dress codes, and grooming standards.
- Attending training sessions from time to time as set up by the management teams based on job roles assigned.
- Flexibility to work seven days a week, with the ability to adapt to varying hours.
- Performing any other duties assigned by the company.
**Pre-requisites**:
- High school or provincial equivalency and/or experience in customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with passengers and provide accurate information.
- Strong work ethics, with a sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Outstanding customer service skills, even in high-pressure situations that may involve prolonged standing or walking.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in English. Additional language skills such as French, German, Italian, Arabic, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, Hungarian, Serbian, Farsi, Turkish, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Tagalog etc., are an asset.
**Additional Assets**:
- Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry, including knowledge of Amadeus, Saber, Galileo, and ticketing.
- Possession of a G or F license or higher.
- Proximity to Vancouver International Airport is advantageous.
