Kelly is looking for an HR Assistant for our client in Windsor, ON, for a temporary position lasting 1-2 months.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide prompt, courteous and accurate customer service to all stakeholders of the organization. This includes but is not limited to front-line employees, supervisors, manager, directors, executives, candidates, customers, vendors and contractors
- Responsible for the tracking and administration of all training related documentation
- Assist with the processing and tracking all new hire materials and supporting documentation
- Perform other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 -2 years of human resources experience
- Completion of university degree/diploma/certificate in human resources
- Proficient with computers (e.g. Microsoft Office) and able to provide own administrative support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work within a team and within minimal supervision
- Demonstrated high level of confidentiality
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently
Compensation:
- Pay rate $25.00 per hour plus 4% vacation pay
- Start immediately, full-time hours
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
