What you bring:Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience Minimum of 2 years’ experience along with a book of businessProven experience in 3PL freight brokerage sales, with a desire to grow professionally Ability to maintain, bring on, close and deliver new businessOut-going, “Hunter” personalityMaintains a quota of target accounts and work closely with the Director of Sales in order to satisfy customer needsOrganized, detail-oriented – excellent follow-up skills are essentialExcellent communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written)Proficiency in Microsoft office, internet and job specific CRM (Pipe Drive) Energetic. Hard Working. Entrepreneurial. Accountable and Pro-Active.Candidate with experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics/Dispatch/Operations and a desire to sell could be considered.

Expectation:Utilizing your skills to be able to identify, pursue and close new business through various sales strategies. Additionally, you will be called upon to work collaboratively with a team of professionals to provide logistics and technology solutions for your clients. Nurturing positive relationships internally and externally is paramount to the success of the Account Sales Executive.Identify, target and win new business while continuing to maintain their existing businessMaintain a systematic strategy for long term and repeat businessResponding to client inquiries by preparing responses to requests for proposals (RFP-s) and requests for quotations (RFQ-s).Ability to handle the fast-paced and competitive market place
