What are your contributions to the team?

Define strategies and inspection plan. Ensure the process is respected Optimize the change management process. Define, implement and ensure documentation and compliance with metrics and reports. Ensure the flow of non-conforming material Lead new improvement projects Participate in standardization and production control strategies Implement mechanisms that ensure the conformity of the product and processes, in accordance with established standards and regulations. Contribute to the analysis of non-conformities reported by client, ensuring that there is PSS activity, closing all actions and avoiding recurrence.

How to thrive in this role?

3 to 5 years of experience in a quality function (aerospace, automotive, manufacturing or electrical industry) Graduated in Bachelor's/Professional Engineering in Aeronautics, Electromechanics, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or Automotive Engineering. Intermediate English (Reading, Writing and Speaking) Problem solving skills, management of continuous improvement tools, as well as quality tools. Knowledge and handling of measuring equipment and instruments (length, weight, torque, roughness), as well as interpretation of drawings and GD&T.
