**Job Summary**

As a Quality Assurance Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our quality management system. You will be responsible for monitoring compliance to contractual, regulatory, and internal company requirements, conducting audits, and providing detailed reports.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Monitor and maintain quality management system documentation, including updates and revisions.
  • Conduct thorough audits, write detailed reports, and provide briefings to stakeholders.
  • Initiate corrective actions, assess response plans, and conduct root cause analyses.
  • Perform audit follow-ups, including communication with auditees on action resolution status.
  • Conduct product compliance reviews, including documentation and verification.
  • Carry out quality product conformance and verification, write reports, and initiate appropriate actions.
  • Participate in technical investigations, assess results, and provide recommendations.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations and approvals.
  • Participate in the Safety Management Program and 6S surveys.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external customers on quality matters.
  • Draft reports, maintain records, and files.
  • Participate in and support the Quality Department training program.

**Requirements**

  • DEC or bachelor's degree in an aviation-related field, or equivalent coursework.
  • Graduate Technologist/Technician or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years' experience in aircraft maintenance, manufacturing, or repair and overhaul.
  • 1 year experience in a quality assurance/quality control role.
  • 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • Formal aerospace avionics/electrical/mechanical background.
  • Sound knowledge of AS9100 or equivalent QMS system.
  • Strong, proven writing skills, with comfort using Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel for data analysis.
  • Effective communication, leadership, and meeting chairing skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple assignments.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated commitment to Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment, with full compliance with Federal Health and Safety Legislation.
  • Quality Management certification, an asset.
