JOIN OUR TEAM The Repairs & Maintenance Project Manager will be responsible for the management and execution of small to medium-scope repair, maintenance & Construction projects at various locations.

The position requires a high degree of organizational proficiency and the ability to self-direct.
The Project Manager will be required to coordinate multiple parties, including internal resources, consultants and contractors, and be responsible for delivering projects on time and budget.

Responsibilities: Plan project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using the appropriate software tools and/or PM methods. Manage project activities throughout the life cycle, including the allocation of adequate resources, scheduling, documentation, budget, and other factors necessary for success. Organize project teams into suitable workgroups and guide the teams throughout their efforts to produce deliverables according to specifications. Act as primary liaison with site maintenance & general managers and sub-trades. Review and comment on shop drawings along with design consultants or supervisors. Manage trade contractor site meetings, invoices, and control document process. Observe that Work Safe Practices are being followed during site visits. Perform additional assignments per the supervisor’s direction.

Qualifications: 5+ Years relevant experience in construction project management, engineering, or trade. Experience in a relevant trade is an asset. Certification(s) and/or other related education are assets. Proficiency with building systems including mechanical, plumbing, and electrical. Relevant “hands-on” repairs and maintenance skills. Experience with PM Software, including Microsoft Project and Excel. Working knowledge of AutoCAD (Revit and/or other drafting systems). Familiarity with building codes and health regulations.
