We are seeking a Long-Term Planning Analyst to join our Asset Management Strategy and Planning Department. Under the general
direction of the Long-Term Planning Lead, facilitate the required collaboration, documentation, and optimized business processes
key in producing a transparent and continuously improving Asset Management Plan (AMP).

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Is a specialist and provides expertise related to process refinement within asset management.
- Use knowledge of Manitoba Hydro's assets and operations when participating in and/or leading cross-functional

multidiscipline teams including technical experts that deal with complex strategic issues related to analyzing the current state
of our assets and planning how to achieve the targeted state.
- Provide advice, guidance, and recommendations to leaders and senior leaders.
- Contribute to the development of the strategic roadmap for the AMP and provide recommendations on formats and structures
- to optimize value for internal and external stakeholders.- operational and capital needs.- Perform complex research and analysis to optimize business processes and future integrations related to the AMP.
- Through open communication and collaboration, distill complex asset information from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) into
- high-level information that is fit-for-purpose for the AMP.- Develop and recommend changes to processes, procedures, and platforms at the division/business unit and/or corporate

level for integration into the AMP; will advocate and negotiate changes with stakeholders to reach consensus to align with a
chosen path; will participate and/or lead the implementation and change management.
- Represent the corporation with industry groups (CEATI & Institute of Asset Management) related to asset management and

asset investment planning; ensure the consideration and integration of industry trends and standards to optimize the AMP.
- Facilitate the integration of assets managed outside of the Asset Management Division, into the AMP.

**_ Qualifications:_**
- Graduate in Engineering from a University of recognized standing with a minimum of six years' experience, including two

years' experience applicable to asset management.
- Professional Member in good standing with Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills including technical written communication; ability to adjust communication
- appropriate to targeted audience.- Ability to work effectively with a broad range of both internal and external stakeholders and maintain effective working
- relationships.- Understanding of sustainable processes and practices, and how to achieve scalable business solutions, interfaces, and data

connections.

** Salary Range**
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $46.0-$63.58 Hourly,
$88,251.02-$121,841.46 Annually.
