Service Department Advisor

Requirements:
- An understanding of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with various vehicle makes and models.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Experience with CDK Service platforms (preferred, but not mandatory).
- All customer interactions are to be performed in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Greet clients as they arrive for their appointments or have an inquiry.
- Arrange for customer mobility.
- Follow up with customers and book appointments for special ordered parts.
- Review the special order parts files, and then call the customers once parts have arrived.
- Assist customers when picking up their vehicles, and accept payment when necessary.
