Your responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant position will include:

Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Schedule meetings
Manage multiple projects
Manage contact lists
Draft and distribute emails, memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regular reports
Write letters and emails on behalf of other office workers
Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels, and more.
Cover reception as needed
Other related tasks

Advantages

- Daytime and office hours from Monday to Friday (40h per week)
- Salary between $43,000 and $48,000 depending on experience;

Responsibilities
Welcome and help visitors to the office
Receive, sort and distribute mail

Qualifications
Versatile in tasks related to administration
Mastery of the Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint
Bilingual French / English written and spoken
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
