Join Our Team as an Administrative Assistant

At Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, we're looking for a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executives and teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and edit confidential documents, including letters, reports, and presentations, according to our company's standards.
  • Write and translate correspondence, as needed.
  • Prepare and follow up on meeting minutes and action items.
  • Manage and coordinate logistics for meetings and events.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Update and maintain databases, files, and contact lists.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Office Administration or related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional judgment.
  • Strong knowledge of French and English (with ability to communicate with our international network).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and specialized software (Microsoft Copilot is a plus).
