Administrative Assistant

At Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, we're looking for a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executives and teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for executives and teams;
- Manage and coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events;
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients;
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting;
- Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other administrative tools;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in administrative support.
- College diploma in Business Administration or related field;
- Minimum 8 years of experience in administrative support;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
