How will you make an impact in this role?
Manager/Sr. Marketing Manager, Aeroplan Card Acquisition, is a dynamic role providing the incumbent the opportunity to shape the future growth of the Aeroplan portfolio. Working with a wide group of external partners and internal stakeholders both within the acquisition team and beyond, the successful candidate will lean on their relationship-building skills, analytical background and marketing expertise to push innovation and efficiency while maintaining a continued mandate to drive profitable card acquisition.
Specific responsibilities include:
Developing Card acquisition strategies for the co-brand product suite, leveraging analytical insights for performance optimization and operational excellence Relationship management, collaborating closely with co-brand partner and internal Enterprise stakeholders to develop winning strategies Monitoring the competitive environment to ensure our products are positioned for success in the Canadian market. Creating a successful team culture, managing, coaching and inspiring the development of direct reportsJob Qualifications include:
Business degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience Digital marketing experience an asset, with a proven track record of challenging the status quo to drive business outcomes Exceptional relationship management, including influencing and collaboration skills, across all organization levels & lines of business. Partner management experience an asset Strong oral and written communication skills with emphasis on developing strategic project overviews for presentation to internal teams up to senior management levels Builds a culture of inclusion and belonging by embracing and encouraging different points of view through open communication and radical candor.
