Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Director, Reitmans Brand Marketing, we are seeking an innovative and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to develop and manage national marketing strategies for our Hyba Activewear brand. You will be responsible for increasing brand influence, promoting and creating content that contributes to the achievement of brand, marketing and operational objectives, as well as increasing customer engagement across Canada, consolidating and growing brand awareness and market share.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and implement marketing and communications strategies - annual and quarterly campaign planning; Develop and shape internal and external brand activities, including content, social media, public relations, partnerships, events and communications to drive brand awareness and incremental sales across Canada; Inspire and evolve all aspects of brand development, identity and standards in terms of use of images, logos and product labels; Evolve social networks, to develop and advance the brand and increase traffic; Collaborate with the entire company to establish strategic processes for all seasonal launches.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Passionate Creative Growth-oriented University degree in business, marketing or similar field of study; 7+ years of progressive brand marketing experience leading digital and traditional marketing campaigns/initiatives from conception to execution; Marketing acumen: ability to recognize and implement brand strategies and evaluate performance against strategic objectives. Proficiency in MS Office and digital media tools; Bilingual.
