MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our Fidelio ERP software on the North American market;

Generate qualified leads for the marketing team (Sales Alignment & Marketing);

Elaborate and coordinate the strategy and content planning;

Put in place automation scenarios based on the sales cycles;

Analyze marketing KPIs and optimize campaigns based on the results using analysis tools such as Google Analytics;

Lead and motivate the marketing team, while working closely with the sales team;

Follow up with prospects and score to enable nurturing;

Put in place the visual design of the marketing material;

Optimize the various web media (Site, Landing Pages) to enhance conversion;

Put in place, optimize and analyze the various levers (SE), SEM, Social) to acquire traffic and increase conversion;

Monitor new and relevant channels (online / offline) for our targets.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Is able to think strategically and elaborate marketing plans in line with the company objectives;

Has experience managing teams and possesses leadership skills;

Is organized and rigorous and can work independently;

Can build and maintain positive relationships with the various stakeholders;

Is able to create attractive and relevant content;

Is strong at planning, executing and monitoring the progress of marketing projects while following deadlines and budgets;

Is able to create and generate a marketing budget, effectively allocate resources and maximize the return on investment;

Masters spoken and written French and English to be able to communicate with our stakeholders on the English-speaking markets.

REQUIREMENTS

A university degree in marketing, communication or any other relevant field;

At least 5 years of marketing experience with a focus on B2B (Business to Business) marketing;

Mastery of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media);

Knowledge of Photoshop/Indesign/XD;

Knowledge of marketing automation software such as HubSpot, Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud;

Ability to generate automated CRM campaigns and use tools such as Pipedrive;

Understanding of SaaS solutions and the needs of businesses who use them;

Knowledge of inbound marketing and its application (some initial successes);

Experience in marketing on the English-speaking North American markets, a considerable asset.
