Overview:

This is afulltime role based in London for a highprofile Client. We arelooking for the most vibrant exciting enthusiastic candidate. Wewant team members to be outgoing customer focused always willing tohelp and always willing to own a problem to completion. To developa Workplace Experience that meets and exceeds customer expectation.Joining a MultiSed Team in delivery an excellent customerexperience whilst ensuring all services are delivered to contractand legal requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide workplace experienceservices to all employees contractors and vendors to Samsara UKoffice remote employees and across our European offices to increasewellbeing productivity and satisfaction.
  • LeadMeeting Room Management AV triage with biztech colleagues meetingsupport supply and equipment management
  • Buildand maintain effective relationships with customers andinternal/external suppliers by resolving service issues and actingas an ambador for both Pareto and the Workplaceteam.
  • Act as Front of House lead for EMEA HQoffice in London to be first point of engagement for colleagues newhires and visitors alike creating a warm welcome and a supportiveenvironment that enhances the overallexperience.
  • Work cross functionally alongsideour other support functions such as People Operations Biztechcommunications to support all teams located in the office andremotely to provide a firstcl experience to all and supports theneed of creating a great place to work.
  • Own andconduct onboarding to all new hires across EMEA region and alignonboarding across APAC region to ensure consistency and acontinuous improvement process is inplace.
  • Maintain all location SOPs databases andcommunication details.
  • Follow security andemergency procedures as defined from the Global team. Respond toemergency situations in a calm efficient manner. Summon appropriateistance and make appropriate notifications in accordance withoperating procedures.
  • Support the RegionalWorkplace Manager perform their role effectively and act as deputyin their absence.
  • Flexibility to cover OOHevents TOIL
  • First Aider/FireWarden
  • Logging any accidents incidents nearmisses on site via Pareto portal
  • Must beprepared to fill the gaps and step into any of the facilities rolesin times of constrained resource.
  • Action adhoc guest and employee request
  • Any other dutiesrequired by the client.

Experience andknowledge:

  • Excellentcommunication coaching and feedbackss.
  • Experience in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • IWFM (or similar) Level 3Certificate

  • Proven experience in acustomer service environment.
  • PC literate andcompetent in all relevant Google applications i.e. Google docsSheet Google slides GCalendar andDrive
