**Position Overview**:
Flightexec is seeking a dedicated Lead Coordinator
- Client and Flight Experience.to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our valued clients, managing all aspects of their travel requirements, and maintaining seamless communication between clients, internal departments and ensure operational efficiency of Flight Coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate travel requests, including flight bookings, ground transportation, accommodations, and catering arrangements, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ensure the flight coordination department adheres to established guidelines and operational protocols.
- Administrate training of new employees on client experience procedures and flight coordination.
- Establish and coordinate client experience guidelines to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Fulfill administrative duties, such as maintaining client records, preparing reports, and processing invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, operations, maintenance, and accounting, to ensure a seamless experience for clientele.
- Analyze internal processes and procedures, provide feedback for improvement, and assist in implementing enhancements to enhance client satisfaction.
- Provide guidance to the flight coordination team, fostering a supportive and efficient working environment.
- Maintain availability across various shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties, ensuring 24/7/365 support for clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a client service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Previous experience in aviation role is an asset or knowledge of aviation industry practices and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
- Proactive, service-oriented mindset, with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Pay: $51,500.00-$64,575.00 per year
