R2i is currently seeking Senior Account Executives to expand sales of R2i’s offerings (focused on cloud services, Infrastructure solutions, and Managed IT services) into the Greater Toronto Area and South West Ontario.

SUMMARY:

Under the leadership of the General Manager -Ontario, R2i is currently seeking an Account Executives to expand sales of R2i’s offerings (focused on cloud services, Infrastructure solutions, and Consulting and Managed IT services) into the Greater Toronto Area and Southwest Ontario.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities for R2i Products and Services through effective networking, proactive prospect engagement, and participation in R2i demand generation marketing campaigns and events. 
  • Competently and effectively execute the sales cycle process; from prospect identification and qualification, solution design and proposal presentation, through closing sales and ongoing customer relationship management
  • Build a Territory Plan and Sales Strategy to achieve sales growth targets, including optimal teaming with R2i’s Solution Architecture, Technical Services and Marketing teams, as well as with industry partners
  • Expand R2i solutions business within existing customers through the Account Planning process.
  • Use and update R2i’s CRM and sales forecasting tools, and complete required administrative tasks.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
  • Over five (5) Years of IT solution selling experience including data center infrastructure, managed services, consulting and project services, and cloud computing
  • Experience in strategic account prospecting and ongoing account management
  • Knowledge of IT trends, cloud computing and virtualization, data center IT Infrastructure solutions (x86, storage, networking, security, backup/HA/DR …) and managed services.
  • Knowledge of IBM Power systems, AI, DevOps, and Linux solutions is an asset
  • Excellent communicator, detail oriented and with superior organizational skills
  • Ability to build interpersonal and business relationships and is customer service oriented
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Both a flexible team player and independent self-starter
  • Superior working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

  • Skills for multi-tasking, multi-site and multi-client work;
  • Ability to work on several files at the same time;
