Groupe de programmes internationauxAccount Coordinator - Full Time (New Westminster, BC or Toronto, ON or Montreal, QC)International Programs Group (IPG) is an independent third-party claims administration team that provides claims services for Lloyd's, self-insured entities, and organizations with high deductibles.
Working within a team environment, the Account Coordinator will be responsible for the account management relating to assigned key Insurer clients.
We are currently looking to fill this position in either our Toronto, New Westminster, or Montreal office.
Responsibilities:
Review and Prepare financial reports, measuring against client (contractual) expectations and ensure smooth delivery to clients each month. Manage and maintain accounts funded in trust on clients behalf. Reconciliation of financial transactions across various client management systems Oversee internal file protocol reviews in conjunction with IPG procedures. Continuously work to enhance relationships with Insurer clients Communicate with client re: trust account balances and adequacies Works with Finance to ensure smooth cheque issuance workflow Works with Examiners to facilitate payment cash calls and scheme advances Facilitate data for production of MI reportsQualifications & Experience:
2-5 years’ experience in senior admin role multi-tasking and working with external clients Knowledge and experience in Insurer and Lloyd’s practices Proficiency in Excel Knowledge of third party vendor systems used by Insurers Excellent communication skills - the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external associates either verbally or in writing. Teamwork – must genuinely intend to work cooperatively with others Initiative – being proactive in suggesting solutions to internal or external associates to improve process. Technical Experience – the ability to provide direction and review to assure that files meet client Key Performance Indicator (KPI) standards Problem Solving – the ability to look at situations, analyze data, workflows and barriers to creatively provide solutions that meet the needs of internal and external stakeholdersWe offer a dynamic work environment, career development opportunities, competitive benefits and RRSP matching programs, and many more company perks
